Project Description
The Manhattan Facility Project consists of Design-Build services for a fully functional, operational, and easily maintainable new Facility to meet all programmatic requirements set forth by the NYC Department of Corrections. The facility聽will be located at 125 White Street, the site of the former Manhattan Detention Complex, and will provide 1040 new beds for persons in custody.聽The full-block site is approximately 80,000 square feet and an underground parking garage will provide 125 parking spaces for Department of Correction and New York Police Department staff.
